1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the PBC website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. WEBSITE AND SERVICES
PBC – Pakistan Business Club (Pvt.) Ltd. provides business networking, professional development, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, business summits, awards, networking events, business opportunities, and other activities for entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, investors, and organizations.
All services and activities must be used for lawful and professional purposes. PBC reserves the right to take appropriate action against any person who misuses its website, services, name, logo, or platform.
3. MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
All membership applicants must provide accurate, complete, and genuine information during the registration process. PBC reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or terminate a membership in accordance with its policies and these Terms and Conditions. Members are responsible for ensuring that the information provided to PBC remains accurate and up to date.
4. MEMBERSHIP IS FOR ONE PERSON
PBC membership is issued to one registered individual only and is non-transferable. Membership benefits, privileges, discounts, invitations, and other facilities are available only to the registered member according to their applicable membership category. A member may not transfer or allow another person to use their membership or membership benefits without prior approval from PBC management.
Guest / Accompanying Person Policy
If a PBC member wishes to bring a guest, colleague, business partner, family member, or any other accompanying person to a PBC event, the accompanying person may be required to pay the applicable event entry fee or pass charges. A member cannot provide free entry to another person using their membership unless a guest facility is specifically included in their membership category or has been officially announced or approved by PBC management.
5. MEMBERSHIP FEES AND RENEWAL
Membership fees must be paid according to the membership category and payment instructions officially provided by PBC. Membership is valid for the period specified at the time of registration. Members are responsible for renewing their membership before its expiry date if they wish to continue receiving membership benefits and facilities. PBC reserves the right to revise membership fees, categories, benefits, and policies when required.
6. OFFICIAL PAYMENT POLICY
All membership fees, event fees, registration charges, sponsorship payments, and any other payments related to PBC must be deposited only into the official PBC bank account or officially authorized payment channel.
PBC will not recognize or accept responsibility for any payment made personally to an individual, representative, member, employee, volunteer, or any other person unless that payment has been expressly authorized in writing by PBC management.
Members and participants are strongly advised to verify the official PBC payment details before making any payment.
Any payment made to an unauthorized personal account or unauthorized individual may not be considered a valid payment to PBC.
PBC shall not be responsible for any loss resulting from payments made to unauthorized persons or unofficial accounts.
7. EVENTS, TICKETS AND PASSES
Event registrations, tickets, invitations, and passes are subject to the terms and conditions communicated for each individual event. Tickets and passes may be non-transferable and non-refundable where specifically stated at the time of registration or purchase.
PBC reserves the right to change an event's date, time, venue, speakers, schedule, or program where circumstances require.
Registered participants will be informed of significant changes where applicable.
8. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund eligibility depends on the specific membership, event, program, ticket, or service purchased and the applicable refund policy. Where an event or program is cancelled or postponed by PBC, registered participants may be offered an alternative arrangement or refund, subject to the applicable policy. Where an event ticket, pass, or registration is specifically marked as non-refundable, no refund will be provided except where PBC management determines otherwise.
9. MEMBER CONDUCT
PBC members, guests, speakers, partners, and event participants are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and appropriate conduct. Fraud, harassment, threats, abusive behavior, unauthorized representation of PBC, misleading statements, or any activity that may harm PBC or its members may result in suspension, cancellation of membership, removal from an event, or other appropriate action.
10. UNAUTHORIZED REPRESENTATION OF PBC
No individual, member, representative, volunteer, partner, or other person may claim to officially represent PBC – Pakistan Business Club (Pvt.) Ltd. without authorization from PBC management. No person may collect membership fees, event fees, donations, sponsorship payments, or other funds on behalf of PBC through personal accounts or unofficial channels without written authorization from PBC management. Members and the public are encouraged to verify official announcements, representatives, payment details, and communications through PBC's official channels.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PBC BRANDING
The PBC name, logo, brand identity, website content, graphics, photographs, videos, event materials, documents, and other original content are the property of PBC or are used with appropriate authorization. No person may reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or commercially use PBC's name, logo, branding, photographs, videos, or other protected content without prior written permission.management. No person may collect membership fees, event fees, donations, sponsorship payments, or other funds on behalf of PBC through personal accounts or unofficial channels without written authorization from PBC management. Members and the public are encouraged to verify official announcements, representatives, payment details, and communications through PBC's official channels.
12. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND MEDIA
PBC may photograph, record, or produce video content during its events, meetings, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and other activities. Such photographs and recordings may be used by PBC for legitimate promotional, media, website, social media, advertising, and communication purposes, subject to applicable law and PBC policies.
13. MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
PBC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if a member:
Violates these Terms and Conditions;
Provides false or misleading information;
Engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity;
Misuses PBC's name, logo, or branding;
Represents PBC without authorization;
Collects payments on behalf of PBC without authorization;
Engages in misconduct or behavior harmful to PBC or its members; or
Violates applicable PBC policies.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PBC strives to provide accurate and reliable information through its website, events, programs, and services.
However, PBC does not guarantee that all website content, event information, business opportunities, or other information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
PBC shall not be responsible for losses, damages, or consequences arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
